SESSION TWO - Pre-appointment preparation - including terms and conditions and therapeutic agreement.
SESSION THREE - Managing the consultation - questioning skills - getting the right information and keeping the consultation to time
SESSION FOUR - Assimilating the information and techniques for prioritising recommendations including formulation of clinical plan and test selection
SESSION FIVE - Producing the protocol in a time effective manner including how to make the most of the Q and As to help with this
SESSION SIX - Communication with the client and how to improve compliance and outcomes including coaching techniques
