Each session consists of a teaching element and discussion groups in breakout rooms on zoom . Example cases and protocols will be available for discussion

  • SESSION ONE - Effective discovery calls - getting the critical information, discussing expectations and articulating next steps and setting boundaries

  • SESSION TWO - Pre-appointment preparation - including terms and conditions and therapeutic agreement.

  • SESSION THREE - Managing the consultation - questioning skills - getting the right information and keeping the consultation to time

  • SESSION FOUR - Assimilating the information and techniques for prioritising recommendations including formulation of clinical plan and test selection

  • SESSION FIVE - Producing the protocol in a time effective manner including how to make the most of the Q and As to help with this

  • SESSION SIX - Communication with the client and how to improve compliance and outcomes including coaching techniques
